Real-time GPS on every vehicle. Location data is used for fleet management, recovery, and mileage verification only.

Coverage Verification

Coverage options and eligibility are reviewed and confirmed during inquiry before any rental is approved.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Vehicles are professionally cleaned and mechanically inspected between every rental. Routine maintenance is included at no additional cost.

Digital Agreement

Rental agreements are issued for review and electronic signature before pickup. Rates, mileage, and responsibilities appear before payment.

Roadside Coordination

If a vehicle issue occurs, contact Lillium at info@lillium.io or (540) 627-6237 for roadside assistance. Response and recovery steps follow the issued rental agreement.

Flexible Terms

Rental periods are confirmed during inquiry. Early returns are handled case by case.

Eligibility & Requirements

Renter Qualifications

  • Minimum age 25 with valid U.S. or international driver's license
  • Identity verification completed before pickup
  • MVR (motor vehicle record) screening required
  • No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
  • No more than 2 at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
  • Coverage eligibility reviewed during inquiry; no insurance or CDW add-on is sold

Booking Process

  • Submit a reservation request via form or phone
  • Lillium reviews availability and next steps
  • Complete identity verification and MVR screening
  • Sign digital rental agreement
  • Complete payment per the rental agreement
  • Pick up vehicle or arrange delivery
