Maintenance and cleaning

Vehicles are cleaned and mechanically inspected between rentals. Routine maintenance is included. No extra charge for that work.

Rental agreement

The agreement is issued for review and electronic signature before pickup. Rates, mileage, and responsibilities appear before payment.

Rental period

This request form is limited to 30 days. Weekly and monthly economy options are available after review. Early returns are handled case by case.

Eligibility and requirements

Renter qualifications

Driver must be 25+ with a valid U.S. or international license
Identity verification completed before pickup
MVR screening required. You buy your own DMV driving record. Lillium does not pull MVR for you
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 2 at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
Coverage eligibility reviewed during inquiry. No insurance or CDW add-on is sold
