These Terms of Service describe the rules governing your use of lillium.io (the "Site"). If you sign a separate service agreement, rental contract, or other engagement letter with Lillium, those documents take precedence over these Site terms for the services covered by that agreement.
Parties & Scope
These Terms are an agreement between you ("you") and Lillium LLC ("Lillium," "we," "us"), a limited liability company. They apply when you visit, read, link to, or send us an inquiry through lillium.io.
Permitted Use
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use it in any way that violates any law or regulation;
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Site;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries;
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data systematically without permission.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including all content, design, and branding, is owned by Lillium or its licensors. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lillium makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its contents, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lillium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Lillium's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to $500 or the amount you paid to Lillium, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply fully to you.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chesapeake, Virginia. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a claim in small-claims court if that court has jurisdiction.
Passenger Transportation
Passenger transportation services are subject to Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles operating authority and commercial insurance requirements. Lillium accepts passenger transport bookings by written confirmation only and reserves the right to decline any booking that falls outside current operating authority.
