What's Included — No Surprises

Coverage review before approval

No rental is automatically confirmed. Lillium reviews active vehicle coverage and renter eligibility before issuing payment access or approving release.

GPS tracking — accountability in both directions

The vehicle carries a GPS unit for asset protection. Location data is accessible to Lillium and is not shared with third parties. In the event of a dispute, we have an objective record — this protects you as much as it protects us.

Maintenance and cleaning

We handle all routine maintenance. You return the vehicle; we clean and inspect before the next rental period. If a mechanical issue arises mid-rental, contact us and we will address it — you are not responsible for normal wear.

Eligibility

Who this is for

Requirements

• Valid commercial or personal driver's license (driver must be 25+)
• Signed rental agreement before vehicle release
• Credit card on file for security deposit
• Vehicle returned clean, with same fuel level as pickup

Explicitly excluded uses

• Patient transport (requires separate licensing)
• Hazardous materials of any classification
• Sub-rental or lending to a third party
• Out-of-state travel without prior written approval

How to Request

Submit the intended use and desired rental period. Lillium reviews availability and eligibility, then issues any identity, agreement, and payment steps through the private renter workspace. Payment remains unavailable until every required approval is recorded.
