Request an economy rental for approved personal or business use. Lillium holds dates by hand while it reviews the renter, maintenance, coverage, and intended use. Need a daily Economy, Luxury, Sport, or SUV instead? Start on the rentals page.

- Not suited for: Oversized cargo, hazmat, or patient transport
What is included
Coverage review before approval
No rental is automatic. Lillium reviews active vehicle coverage and renter eligibility before opening payment or approving release. Lillium does not sell insurance or a CDW add-on.
GPS tracking
The car has GPS for fleet management, recovery, and mileage. Location data stays with Lillium. It is not shared with third parties.
Maintenance and cleaning
Lillium handles routine maintenance. You return the car. We clean and inspect it before the next rental. If a mechanical issue happens during the rental, call (540) 627-6237. You are not responsible for normal wear.
Eligibility
Who this is for
- Healthcare facilities that need a temporary or extra car
- Medical courier operators covering staff absences or fleet gaps
- Pharmacies, labs, or clinics with weekly inter-facility runs
- Logistics coordinators who need one car for a set period
Requirements
- Valid commercial or personal driver's license. Driver must be 25+
- Identity verification. You buy your own DMV driving record. Lillium does not pull MVR for you
- No DUI/DWI within 5 years. No more than 2 at-fault accidents in 3 years
- Signed rental agreement before the car is released
- Credit card on file for the security deposit
- Return the car clean, with the same fuel level as pickup
Excluded uses
- Patient transport (requires separate licensing)
- Hazardous materials of any classification
- Sub-rental or lending to a third party
- Out-of-state travel without prior written approval
How to request
Email the intended use and dates to info@lillium.io. Lillium reviews availability and eligibility, then sends identity, agreement, and payment steps in the private renter workspace. Payment stays closed until every required approval is recorded. Vehicle release still waits on review, the signed agreement, MVR, identity, coverage, payment eligibility, and final Lillium confirmation.
